Premier destination hotel is looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure housekeeping operations meet the highest levels of cleanliness and efficiency.

Housekeeping Supervisor Qualifications:

Experience with brand name hotels is required
Local to the Palm Beach market
Proven experience in housekeeping management or quality assurance within the hospitality industry
Strong knowledge of cleanliness and hygiene standards in a hotel setting
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to train, coach, and motivate a housekeeping team
Strong communication and organizational skills

Housekeeping Supervisor Responsibilities:

Conduct regular quality audits and inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and laundry services
Develop and implement housekeeping standards, policies, and procedures
Train and mentor housekeeping staff to ensure consistency and excellence in service
Monitor guest feedback and address any cleanliness-related concerns promptly
Work closely with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure all rooms and facilities meet brand standards
Maintain inventory control for cleaning supplies and equipment
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
