Housekeeping Supervisor Qualifications:
- Experience with brand name hotels is required
- Local to the Palm Beach market
- Proven experience in housekeeping management or quality assurance within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of cleanliness and hygiene standards in a hotel setting
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to train, coach, and motivate a housekeeping team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Housekeeping Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and laundry services
- Develop and implement housekeeping standards, policies, and procedures
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff to ensure consistency and excellence in service
- Monitor guest feedback and address any cleanliness-related concerns promptly
- Work closely with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure all rooms and facilities meet brand standards
- Maintain inventory control for cleaning supplies and equipment
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
