We are seeking a Director of Food and Beverage for our Ultra-Luxury, Boutique Resort! This a unique and rare opportunity for an inspired and creative director to lead a team of dynamic professionals.

Director of Food and Beverage Qualifications:

3+ years as director of food and beverage in a Hotel / Resort environment
5+ years of leadership in high-end restaurants or Hotels / Resorts
Excellent financial acumen and proven history of financial management
Professional and personable guest-facing character
Experience with banquets, catering, and property buy-outs
Collaborative mindset and ability to work well with others
Sommelier certification preferred

Director of Food and Beverage Responsibilities:

Manage the food and beverage teams with integrity and consistency
Create menus, specials, and dynamic programming that is inspired and creative
Collaborate with the sales department on buyouts and special events
Create budgets and forecasts that are financially sound
Other duties as assigned
