Restaurant General Manager Role:

  • Serve as the General Manager, overseeing all front- and back-of-house operations
  • Maintain hands-on leadership of the kitchen, ensuring food quality, recipe execution, consistency, and cleanliness
  • Support the opening and ongoing oversight of multiple concepts within the airport district
  • Lead a high-volume, fast-paced operation in a demanding airport-adjacent environment
  • Drive operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and financial performance
