Head of Human Resources Responsibilities Include:

Foster a welcoming, professional, and engaging workplace culture
Develop and implement comprehensive corporate HR strategies
Promote an open-door environment that values transparency and collaboration
Lead HR initiatives across multiple regions and departments
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Oversee employee relations, development, and engagement programs
Partner with leadership on organizational planning and performance management

Head of Human Resources Qualifications Include:

At least 4+ years of experience as an HR Manager in the hospitality industry
Proven experience/knowledge of all local, state, and federal labor law guidelines
Experience managing groups of over 1,000 employees
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong project management skills
