A well-established, innovative, and respected hospitality group is seeking a Restaurant Manager to join its growing team. This role supports the General Manager in leading daily operations, elevating the guest experience, and developing a high-performing front-of-house team in a fast-paced, polished dining environment.

This opportunity is ideal for a hospitality leader who thrives on the floor, values great food and beverage, and brings a hands-on, people-first approach to leadership.


What You’ll Do

  • Support the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations and service execution
  • Lead with a guest-first mindset while maintaining professionalism during high-volume service
  • Inspire, mentor, and develop FOH team members to build accountability, engagement, and retention
  • Ensure service standards are consistently executed to deliver memorable guest experiences
  • Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and labor controls to balance service excellence and efficiency
  • Support inventory awareness and cost-control initiatives tied to budgeting and profitability
  • Partner closely with culinary leadership to ensure food quality and presentation meet brand standards
  • Collaborate with beverage leadership to support a craft and classic cocktail program
  • Build strong guest relationships through active floor presence and genuine hospitality
  • Drive revenue through strong service leadership, team training, and attention to detail

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of restaurant management experience in upscale, polished, or high-volume dining
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and retain strong service teams
  • Solid operational experience with scheduling, labor management, and inventory oversight
  • Comfort supporting budgets, cost controls, and performance metrics
  • A hands-on leader who enjoys being on the floor and engaging with guests
  • Strong interest in food and spirits-forward beverage programs, including craft and classic cocktails
  • Professional, approachable leadership style with strong communication skills
