National Catering Director (Hybrid | U.S.-Based)

Location: U.S.-Based (NYC preferred; near major airport)

Compensation: $160,000 – $170,000 base + annual bonus + equity

Travel: Approximately 50% travel nationwide

About the Role

We are seeking a National Catering Director to lead and standardize catering operations across a large, multi-state corporate portfolio. This role provides national oversight of catering programs, ensuring consistent execution, strong financial performance, and exceptional client experiences across all locations.

This is a highly visible leadership position that combines strategic oversight with hands-on operational involvement and direct client interaction.

What You’ll Do

Serve as the national operational leader for catering across multiple U.S. markets
Oversee $40M+ in annual catering revenue
Establish and maintain SOPs, standards, and reporting across all locations
Partner closely with culinary, HR, finance, and sales teams
Ensure brand consistency, quality, and financial performance
Act as a trusted, client-facing leader for a major national account
Travel nationally to support major events and regional teams

What We’re Looking For

Senior leadership experience in national or large-scale catering operations
Background in corporate catering, executive dining, hotel/convention catering, or contract foodservice
Strong financial acumen with P&L oversight
Proven ability to lead teams across multiple regions
Comfortable operating in a highly client-facing environment
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
