We are seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager. The ideal candidate will possess a strong tenure in full-service or boutique hotels. We seek a Hands-On Leader and Team Builder to establish a level of service beyond guests' expectations.
Hotel General Manager Responsibilities:
- Train, Lead, Mentor, and develop Team members to consistently provide a memorable Guest experience
- Oversee and manage overall operations of the Hotel, including but not limited to, Front Office, Sales, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Engineering
- Identify property needs and execute a plan to address those needs
- Prepare operational budgets facilitating financial planning and expense control
- Forecast revenue based on market segments and execute a plan to exceed revenue goals
- Serve as the Brand Ambassador in the Community
Hotel General Manager Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years as a General Manager is a must
- Ability to think critically to develop strategies for success
- Thrive in an ever-changing & fast-paced environment
- Need to be able to analyze a P&L to ensure cost controls
- Ability to analyze Guest Service reports and recognize market trends
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication.
