We’re hiring an Owner Relations Manager to serve as the main point of contact for our homeowners. You’ll build lasting relationships, provide support, resolve issues, and ensure owners feel informed and valued.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage calls, emails, and portal support for a portfolio of owners
- Conduct weekly check-ins and keep listing info up to date
- Review and explain owner statements
- Coordinate inspections and help resolve guest concerns
What You Bring:
- 1+ year in customer service (vacation rental experience a plus)
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
