We’re seeking a seasoned Restaurant General Manager to lead a high-volume, waterfront dining destination known for exceptional hospitality and culinary excellence. This is an opportunity to take the reins of a highly successful operation within a growing restaurant group on the South Coast.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or General Manager in a comparable, high-volume restaurant concept
  • Proven success completing a structured restaurant management training program
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and retain high-performing teams
  • Strong financial acumen with experience driving sales, controlling costs, and achieving profitability goals
  • Excellent guest recovery, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer applications
  • Ability to meet all federal, state, and local regulations related to food and beverage service
  • Physical ability to meet the demands of a fast-paced restaurant environment

Must Haves:

  • Hands-on leadership style with regular presence on the floor during peak service
  • Ability to balance guest experience, team morale, and operational execution simultaneously
  • Strong instincts for pacing service, managing flow, and adjusting staffing in real time
  • Consistent follow-through on standards, cleanliness, and presentation throughout the restaurant
  • Calm, confident decision-making during high-pressure service periods

Preferred Background & Skills:

  • Experience in waterfront, destination, or high-traffic dining concepts
  • Background working with chef-driven or scratch kitchens
  • Track record of mentoring managers and developing future leaders
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail across FOH operations
  • Passion for hospitality, team development, and continuous improvement
