Sous Chef Responsibilities:

Lead daily operations of a high-volume kitchen within a fine-dining or upscale setting
Execute and uphold standards for creative, upscale American cuisine
Recruit, train, develop, and inspire a large culinary team
Ensure all company standards for quality, cleanliness, and consistency are consistently met
Maintain exceptional food quality with strong attention to detail and operational discipline

Sous Chef Qualifications:

3–5 years of experience as a Sous Chef in upscale or fine-dining environments
Proven experience in both restaurant and event-based culinary operations
Background in high-volume operations with annual sales of $5M+
Strong cost control skills with a track record of meeting financial goals
Respectful mentor focused on team development and kitchen culture
