District Manager – Fast Food Drive-Thru Operations – Birmingham

Join a fast-growing franchise partner known for its people-first culture and performance-driven leadership. As a District Manager, you will oversee multiple high-volume drive-thru restaurants and develop top-performing managers from within.

District Manager Benefits and Compensation:

$65K–$75K Base Salary
Monthly Bonus Potential up to $1500
Car Allowance $500

District Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of proven success as a District Manager in fast food with drive-thru operations
Bacholars Degree
Currently employed in a leadership role
Track record of developing managers internally and building bench strength
Strong P&L management, cost control, and sales-driving expertise
Hands-on leadership style with integrity, discipline, and respect as non-negotiables
Ability to travel for 4–6 weeks of initial training
Must be a Birmingham resident, No relo

District Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

Experience in high-volume restaurant operations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to implement operational excellence and drive results
Passion for mentoring and developing team members
Familiarity with industry trends and best practices
