Restaurant General Manager Requirements:

3–5 years of General Manager experience
Ability to lead our store in all operations, financials, and in mentoring a team
Possess a great leadership personality, and have the ability to motivate a team
Treat all employees with dignity and respect

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate staff
Ensure excellent guest service and resolve issues
Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Enforce all brand standards
