General Manager Compensation and Benefits:

Base salary range of $60,000 – $70,000, depending on experience
Monthly and quarterly performance-based bonus opportunities

General Manager Job Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of restaurant General Manager experience
Proven success leading and developing management teams
Strong understanding of labor management, food cost, and restaurant financials
Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
ServSafe certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

General Manager Job Responsibilities:

Recruit, train, coach, and retain a high-performing restaurant team
Set and maintain high standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness
Manage day-to-day restaurant operations to achieve performance goals
Control labor, food, and operating costs while driving profitability
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards
Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment
Lead by example and develop future leaders within the restaurant
Deliver an exceptional guest experience on every shift
