What You’ll Do

Oversee all front-of-house operations with a focus on outstanding guest experiences
Hire, train, and develop a world-class service team
Manage scheduling, inventory, and ensure compliance with health & safety standards
Support the GM in achieving operational, financial, and guest service goals

Who You Are

3+ years of full-service restaurant management experience
A proven leader who motivates teams and drives results
Knowledgeable in service standards, guest recovery, and operational excellence
Experienced in new restaurant openings? Even better!
Professional, adaptable, and passionate about hospitality
