We are searching for a dynamic Regional Director of Operations needed for a growing group! The territory covers Kentucky and Tennessee.
Restaurant Regional Director of Operations Benefits:

Restaurant Regional Director of Operations Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in restaurant operations management; drive-thru experience required
- 5+ years of experience managing 20+units/stores with full P&L responsibility
- Proven ability to create policies that generate profits in multiple locations
- Advanced ability to communicate, negotiation skills, influence, and coach several levels of staff
- Ability to implement and execute strong training programs and processes given strategic direction
- Understanding of budgetary concepts and procedures
Restaurant Regional Director of Operations Responsibilities:
- Meeting revenue targets for the company
- The 4 wall-EBITDA of the restaurants
- Develop effective ways to fill in any gaps between actual performance and company projections
- Drive their team to meet the brand standards for the market
- Outlining a comprehensive recruiting and training program for store managers to follow
- Immediately address any lapses in compliance with corporate policies or local, state, and federal laws
- Act as a coach to the District Managers and as a resource to each store employee to help inspire the success of each store
