We are seeking an energetic, driven leader to guide the operations of our high-volume, luxury venue—featuring an expansive dining room, an elevated and innovative culinary program, and a discerning clientele that expects excellence at every touchpoint.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3–5 years of General Manager experience within a Michelin-level restaurant
  • Proven success overseeing $4–6M+ in annual sales
  • Expertise in staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management
  • Strong communication skills with a collaborative, professional leadership style
  • A high level of accountability, ownership, and follow-through
  • Passion for mentoring and developing both hourly and management teams
  • Knowledge of purchasing, receiving, and cost controls
  • Ability to uphold exceptional service standards with sharp attention to detail
  • Experience thriving within a structured environment with established systems
  • Background working with luxury dining concepts and high-profile guests
