Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

As General Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing daily operations, cultivating a positive and inclusive work environment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service, fostering teamwork, and implementing strategies to drive business growth and guest satisfaction.

Restaurant General Manager Requirements:

Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in the fast-food or restaurant industry
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities without compromising quality
A genuine passion for people and a track record of successfully developing and motivating teams
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with team members, customers, and company leadership
Adaptability and flexibility to embrace change and lead the team through various business challenges
