General Manager – Idaho Falls, ID

Join an innovative hospitality group introducing an elevated social and dining experience to Idaho Falls. As part of a growing concept, you’ll collaborate with ownership, implement best practices, and design operational systems that support profitability and creativity in a unique, club-driven, and craft-focused lounge.

General Manager Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven success as a hospitality leader with experience building and optimizing systems
  • Expertise with Toast, OpenTable, Sling, Gusto, and Bar Patrol inventory systems
  • Strong financial acumen; ability to run P&L and translate outcomes into operational improvements
  • Passion for curating experiences and driving member engagement
  • Comfortable collaborating with ownership at a visionary level

General Manager Preferred Background & Skills

  • Interest in craft beverages and elevated hospitality concepts
  • Background working with club, membership, or exclusive service models
  • Understanding of tailored sourcing, prep efficiencies, and local market presentation
  • Experience supporting both front and back of house, connecting product knowledge to guest-facing storytelling

General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a small front-of-house team to deliver a high-touch, personalized guest experience
  • Audit, restructure, and implement operational processes to ensure profitability and efficiency
  • Manage club membership growth and curate exclusive events and experiential classes
  • Oversee event center operations alongside dedicated sales and operations personnel
  • Continuously evaluate performance, guest feedback, and profitability—adapting strategies as needed for growth and sustainability
