General Manager Requirements and Qualifications

2+ years of GM experience in fast casual or QSR
Track record leading high traffic operations
Hands on, upbeat leadership style
Strong coaching and team development ability
Solid financial skills: labor, food cost, inventory, P&L
Comfortable maintaining speed, accuracy, and quality in peak rushes
Experience hiring, training, and retaining hourly staff
Strong focus on cleanliness, food safety, and brand standards
Ability to run systems and processes with consistency

General Manager Preferred Background and Skills

Drive thru experience
Local store marketing and community involvement
New store openings or turnaround experience
Strong operational discipline with checklists and routines
Stable tenure with clear leadership growth
