General Manager Requirements and Qualifications
- 2+ years of GM experience in fast casual or QSR
- Track record leading high traffic operations
- Hands on, upbeat leadership style
- Strong coaching and team development ability
- Solid financial skills: labor, food cost, inventory, P&L
- Comfortable maintaining speed, accuracy, and quality in peak rushes
- Experience hiring, training, and retaining hourly staff
- Strong focus on cleanliness, food safety, and brand standards
- Ability to run systems and processes with consistency
General Manager Preferred Background and Skills
- Drive thru experience
- Local store marketing and community involvement
- New store openings or turnaround experience
- Strong operational discipline with checklists and routines
- Stable tenure with clear leadership growth
