Personal Lines Account Manager – Attleboro, MA

Account Manager Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of insurance experience
Demonstrated experience servicing personal insurance accounts
Familiarity with agency workflows and insurance carrier interactions
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Client-focused mindset with clear, professional communication
Experience using AMS360 (strongly preferred)
Insurance license not required at hire; willingness to obtain is encouraged

Account Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Service and manage an assigned book of personal insurance accounts
Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, endorsements, policy changes, and coverage questions
Process policy changes, certificates, audits, cancellations, and reinstatements as needed
Review insurance policies for accuracy, coverage consistency, and compliance
Work closely with internal service support staff for efficient back-office processing
Communicate with insurance carriers to address policy issues and service requests
Maintain accurate and detailed client records using AMS360
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflows and accountability
Deliver a professional, responsive client experience aligned with service standards
