Commercial Lines Producer Requirements & Qualifications

Active Property & Casualty license in MA required; RI license a plus
Minimum 3 commercial insurance sales
Demonstrated ability to prospect, close, and retain clients
Professional communication and relationship-building skills
Strong organizational skills; self-motivated and goal-oriented
Experience with AMS360 agency management system preferred

Commercial Lines Producer Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Prospect and develop new commercial insurance accounts
Build trusted relationships with business owners and key decision-makers
Identify client risks and recommend tailored commercial insurance solutions
Present proposals, negotiate terms, and secure coverage for clients
Collaborate closely with internal service and account management teams
Ensure compliance with carrier and regulatory requirements
Track activity and manage your sales pipeline using AMS360
