Fine Dining Executive Chef Requirements & Qualifications:

Currently working for a fine-dining concept
3+ years of fine-dining leadership experience
Superb attention to detail
Strong emotional intelligence
Positive mental attitude and a passion for the culinary industry

Fine Dining Executive Chef Preferred Background & Skills:

Experience with multiple cuisines
Basic costing experience
Background with wine dinners and presenting dishes to guests
James Beard concept background
