Sous Chef – Boston, MA
High-End Casual Dining | International F&B Brand
We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our Boston team and play a pivotal leadership role in delivering exceptional cuisine and a world-class dining experience. This is an exciting opportunity to lead, mentor, and inspire a talented culinary team within a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary: $75,000–$85,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3+ years of Sous Chef experience in casual fine dining or upscale restaurant concepts
- Strong culinary fundamentals with experience in high-volume kitchens (200+ seats preferred)
- Proven leadership skills with a hands-on, team-first management style
- Ability to train, coach, and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations, inventory management, ordering, and sanitation standards
- Thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment with a passion for continuous improvement
