Field Manager – Trenchless Division

The Field Manager – Trenchless Division is responsible for overseeing all daily field operations related to the trenchless equipment fleet, including the vac truck, CCTV inspection van, and pressure grout truck. This role ensures safe, efficient, and compliant execution of trenchless activities while supporting project goals and maintaining equipment readiness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily field operations for the vac truck, CCTV inspection van, and pressure grout truck.
  • Coordinate work schedules and crew assignments for all trenchless operations.
  • Ensure crews follow all safety guidelines, regulatory standards, and project specifications.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to support project objectives, budgets, and resource planning.
  • Oversee proper use, care, and maintenance of all trenchless equipment and vehicles.

Desired Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 18.
  • Prior experience operating CCTV rigs and pressure grout rigs.
  • Previous foreman or superintendent experience in underground pipe installation.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR.
  • Strong knowledge of underground pipe installation methods.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 40 pounds.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.
