Seeking an Associate Attorney with 2–8 years of litigation experience to handle matters involving general liability, product liability, premises liability, and catastrophic injury. This role offers hands-on responsibility in all phases of civil litigation.

Associate Responsibilities:

Manage 10–20 active litigation matters
Draft and respond to discovery and motions
Take and defend depositions
Conduct legal research (Westlaw)
Prepare cases for mediation, hearings, and trial
Argue motions and interact professionally with clients and opposing counsel

Associate Requirements:

2–8 years of civil litigation experience
Active Nevada Bar license
Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently
