We are seeking a highly motivated, exceptionally organized, and creatively driven Director of Social Media to lead a dynamic content team and own the brand’s digital voice across platforms. This role requires a sharp strategist with deep hands-on experience, a calm demeanor under pressure, and a hustle mentality to keep pace with a fast-moving brand and high-profile CEO.

This is a highly visible role for someone who understands how to operate in close partnership with a public-facing leader, manage nuanced one-to-one relationships with talent, and protect brand voice at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a content production team, delivering best-in-class content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, Snapchat, X, and LinkedIn
  • Serve as a trusted day-to-day partner to the CEO, with experience managing direct, 1:1 talent relationships alongside a celebrity or high-profile founder
  • Develop and execute a strategic social media plan that supports brand growth, product launches, and audience engagement
  • Oversee and manage a robust content calendar, ensuring timely, consistent, and on-brand output of organic and branded content
  • Direct and coordinate social-first content shoots with a focus on speed, quality, authenticity, and tone
  • Provide strong creative direction to ensure consistency of voice, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms
  • Track performance metrics, analyze trends, and adjust strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and cultural relevance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, PR, partnerships, and marketing teams to integrate social into broader business initiatives
  • Monitor cultural moments, platform shifts, and emerging trends to keep the brand ahead of the curve
  • Oversee community management, ensuring responses and engagement reflect the brand’s tone, values, and point of view

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in social media leadership, ideally supporting a public figure, celebrity, or brand founder
  • Demonstrated experience directly managing talent and navigating close, high-touch relationships with discretion and confidence
  • Strong background in lifestyle-adjacent categories such as luxury jewelry, fashion, food & beverage, beauty, travel, or premium consumer brands
  • Exceptional instinct for tone of voice, brand fit, and cultural fluency — content quality and sensibility matter more than company logos
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage multi-platform content strategies at scale
  • Deep understanding of platform algorithms, performance analytics, and audience behavior
  • Calm, efficient communicator who thrives in fast-paced, high-expectation environments
  • Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities without losing momentum
  • Hands-on and proactive — comfortable rolling up your sleeves and executing alongside the team
  • Based in Florida, with flexibility to work in-office several days a week and travel as needed

Why This Role

This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who understands how to balance brand storytelling, cultural relevance, and real-time execution, while maintaining a clear point of view and high standards across every channel. Success in this role is driven as much by creative judgment and brand instinct as by experience.

If you’re excited by the challenge of shaping one of the most recognizable voices in media and business — and working closely with the person behind it — we’d love to hear from you.
