We are seeking a highly motivated, exceptionally organized, and creatively driven Director of Social Media to lead a dynamic content team and own the brand’s digital voice across platforms. This role requires a sharp strategist with deep hands-on experience, a calm demeanor under pressure, and a hustle mentality to keep up with a fast-moving brand and CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a content production team, delivering best-in-class content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, Snapchat, X, and LinkedIn.
- Develop and execute a strategic social media plan that supports brand growth, product launches, and audience engagement.
- Oversee and manage a robust content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent output of organic and branded content.
- Direct and coordinate social-first content shoots with a focus on speed, quality, and authenticity.
- Track performance metrics across all channels, analyze trends, and adjust strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams (brand, PR, partnerships, marketing) to integrate social content into larger business initiatives.
- Monitor social trends, cultural moments, and platform changes to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
- Oversee community management to maintain a strong brand voice in all replies, engagements, and trend participation.
- Provide creative direction and ensure brand consistency across all social visuals and messaging.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in social media management, preferably with a public figure, brand founder, or high-growth lifestyle brand
- Proven success leading a team and managing multi-platform content strategies
- Deep understanding of platform algorithms, content performance, and audience behavior
- Calm, efficient communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Extremely organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Hands-on, proactive, and unafraid to roll up your sleeves — you know how to get things done
- Based in Florida, with flexibility to travel and work in-office several days a week
