We are partnering with a fast-growing SaaS business in music technology to identify a Senior Marketing Manager who can own growth, digital marketing, and consumer engagement as the company scales toward its next major revenue milestones.

About the Company

This fast-growing SaaS business operates at the intersection of music, technology, and the global creator economy. Its platform simplifies collaboration, credit attribution, publishing data, and royalty management—solving real operational challenges for creators worldwide. The company is scaling rapidly and building a leadership team capable of driving sustained revenue growth and brand visibility.

The Opportunity

This role will serve as the architect of the company’s marketing engine, owning everything from acquisition funnels to influencer partnerships. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Technology teams, and you’ll present marketing performance and growth strategy directly to company leadership and investors.

Music industry experience is a plus, but not required. A genuine appreciation for creators and culture is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Growth & Digital Marketing

  • Lead digital marketing strategy across paid social, content, and demand generation channels
  • Drive adoption and revenue growth
  • Own GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and performance dashboards to optimize the full funnel
  • Build and manage DTC funnels, landing pages, email campaigns, and conversion strategies

Creative & Content

  • Oversee or produce lightweight creative assets (ads, graphics, social visuals)
  • Drive video initiatives including testimonials and creator spotlights
  • Develop messaging and positioning that resonates with artists, producers, and creators

Influencer & Community Marketing

  • Identify and manage relationships with creators, producers, and influencers
  • Lead authentic, creator-led campaigns within a fast-paced production environment
  • Track and optimize influencer and community-driven performance

Product Growth & Strategy

  • Partner with Product and Engineering to improve onboarding, UX, and retention
  • Lead customer research, feedback loops, and experimentation
  • Build scalable marketing roadmaps aligned with business objectives

Leadership & Investor Communication

  • Present growth strategy, KPIs, and results to leadership and investors
  • Provide insight on market trends, creator behavior, and growth opportunities
  • Help shape long-term brand identity and marketing infrastructure

What They’re Looking For

  • 5–8 years of experience in growth, digital marketing, or marketing leadership
  • Proven success scaling B2C or DTC SaaS products
  • Strong analytical and hands-on experience with GA4, Meta Ads, and performance dashboards
  • Comfort operating in a startup build-as-you-go environment
  • Creative instincts with the ability to execute, not just delegate
  • Confidence communicating with executives and investors
  • Prior management experience is a plus as the team grows
  • Music industry experience or passion is a strong plus
  • Based in or near Memphis preferred; remote considered for exceptional candidates
