General Manager

General Manager Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in a General Manager role within scratch-cooking, fast-casual or full-service casual dining.
Proven background in scratch cooking is essential.
Experience in a 2-3 unit multi-unit management role is ideal but not required.
Strong financial acumen and a proactive business mindset.

General Manager Preferred Background & Skills

Confident leadership style with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent community engagement skills to drive sales and build connections.

General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and service.
Build and maintain strong community relationships to enhance brand presence.
Drive sales through innovative marketing strategies and exceptional guest experiences.
Oversee financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures.
Train, mentor, and develop team members to foster a positive work environment.
