General Manager

General Manager Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a General Manager role within scratch-cooking, fast-casual or full-service casual dining.
  • Proven background in scratch cooking is essential.
  • Experience in a 2-3 unit multi-unit management role is ideal but not required.
  • Strong financial acumen and a proactive business mindset.

General Manager Preferred Background & Skills

  • Confident leadership style with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent community engagement skills to drive sales and build connections.

General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage daily operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and service.
  • Build and maintain strong community relationships to enhance brand presence.
  • Drive sales through innovative marketing strategies and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Oversee financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures.
  • Train, mentor, and develop team members to foster a positive work environment.
