General Manager – Cary, NC

General Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of restaurant management experience, including at least 1 year as a General Manager.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people development skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, drive sales, and maintain profitability.
- Hands-on, results-driven approach with a passion for hospitality.
- Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.
General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including safety, training, administration, sales, and profitability.
- Lead the selection, coaching, development, and recognition of a high-performing management team.
- Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and team performance across front and back of house.
- Create a culture focused on results, collaboration, and hospitality.
- Foster open, effective communication with leadership, team members, and guests.
- Represent the brand with professionalism and build strong community relationships.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, food safety standards, and local regulations.
- Lead cost of sales, labor, and controllable expense management with an ownership mindset.
