Our client, a fast-growing drive-through beverage company, is seeking a District Manager to lead operations in Texas. This role oversees 4–5 high-volume locations, driving performance, mentoring store leaders, and supporting new store launches.

District Manager Responsibilities:

Lead and develop GMs and Assistant Managers
Manage operations, financials, and guest experience
Support regional growth and new openings
Build a strong, service-driven team culture

District Manager Qualifications:

4+ years multi-unit leadership in beverage or fast-casual
Strong coaching and communication skills
Willing to travel and lead by example

District Manager Benefits:

Competitive Base Salary: $80,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses up to $30,000
