One of Destin's finest steakhouses is now looking for a General Manager! Located within a beautiful property, this role requires a strong leader that can maintain a 4-diamond level of quality service and overall guest experience.

Restaurant General Manager Requirements:

5+ years in a fine dining steakhouse setting, at least two years in a General Manager role
Strong wine background, Sommelier preferred
Dedication to quality steps of service and strong history of fine dining or luxury concept service
Accomplished financial mastery, savvy with building sales and controlling costs with compromising quality
Ability to coach and mentor a team to achieve high standards and retain the best talent
