We are a growing, fast-casual restaurant group that has been very successful. We currently have over 40 locations and counting. We are a performance-based company, which means promotions are based on your success and dedication. Our ideal candidate comes from a full-service background and is very team-focused.
Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead/Coach and Develop your team
- Always focused on guest satisfaction
- Out of the box thinker who knows how to build sales
Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
- 3+ years minimum experience with a full-service restaurant group
- Exposure to at least $3 Million in sales
- Works shoulder to shoulder with your team
- Infectious enthusiasm for what you do
