Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

Lead/Coach and Develop your team
Always focused on guest satisfaction
Out of the box thinker who knows how to build sales

Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

3+ years minimum experience with a full-service restaurant group
Exposure to at least $3 Million in sales
Works shoulder to shoulder with your team
Infectious enthusiasm for what you do
