Our growing client is looking for a Technical Leader – Civic & Justice to help them execute their design projects meeting and exceeding client expectations.

Candidates should demonstrate experience in developing, organizing, and executing the development of design and construction documents and adhering to the companies quality standards. If you are interested in taking the next step in your design career, apply now!

Technical Leader – Civic & Justice Benefits:

Base salary of $120k – $155k
Hybrid working environment
Medical/Dental/Vision/Retirement
PTO, Vacation

Technical Leader– Civic & Justice Responsibilities:

Strong understanding of building technology, documentation, and project delivery
Update and maintain QAQC standards
Proficiency in Deltek Vision / Vantagepoint
Understanding of Newforma, Bluebeam, Revit, Sketchup, Rhino, Grasshopper, ProCore, InDesign, Enscape, and CAD
Review and maintain budgets
Maintain Industry presence as SME in field

Technical Leader – Civic & Justice Qualifications:

BS in Architecture or related field
Experience as Account Manager, Technical Director, or Project Manager
Licensed in Architecture in at least one state
Experience in Detention Centers is required
Experience in Civic & Justice building typologies is required
