We are seeking a Fine Dining Assistant General Manager who can be responsible for ensuring every moment of service reflects our promise of excellence and genuine connection. Working side by side with the General Manager, this individual oversees Food & Beverage operations, team culture, and the daily rhythm of the operation — combining hands-on presence with strategic vision to elevate performance across all areas.

Assistant General Manager Key Responsibilities

● A polished, professional, and proactive leader with a hands-on approach.

Assistant General Manager Preferred Skills

● 3+ years of progressive leadership experience in food and beverage operations (private

club, luxury hotel, or fine dining preferred).

● Strong operational, financial, and leadership skills.

● Knowledge or enthusiasm for wine and beverage culture.

● Experience managing teams in high-touch or high-volume environments.
