We are currently interviewing for a Managers in the Tampa and St. Pete area. We are looking for a strong leader who can grow quickly to a General Manager. Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

Hands-on — This position will require you to be a team player who leads by example
Understands P&L budgets — Assisting the General manager in running the business of the store, inventories, ordering, handling cash, and the reports
Employee training and development — Culture is HUGE we breathe kindness and respect
Creates lasting customer relationships
Loves Food — Manager who can cook if needed

Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

A tenured leader with experience of $2.5+ million annual sales
Strong attention to the details, no clipboards (we lead by example), and a commitment to amazing guest service
