We are seeking a Member Services Concierge for our growing private club brand. Great culture, great quality of life working in an upscale environment. Sound like you? The Member Services Concierge serves as a key ambassador of the member experience.

This role oversees Club Reception operations while ensuring seamless, attentive, and highly personalized service for our members and their guests. The Member Services Concierge sets the tone for a refined, gracious, and elevated experience — supporting the operations team in carrying that same level of hospitality throughout the Club. With a background in hospitality, fine dining, and/or luxury travel and service, this

individual blends the operational discipline of a front desk professional with the elevated

service standards of a concierge.

Member Services Concierge Key Responsibilities

Member Engagement & Retention

● Management of the members designated email for a personalized, seamless

experience.

● Support the New Member Onboarding Process including necessary communications,

first-visit protocols, questions, introductions and more.

● Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for reservations, requests, and on-site

engagement.

● Maintain and update membership management software including preferences,

updates, and data refinement.

● Support outreach and communication for Member programming and events

● Support the Marketing team to create a unified brand experience.

● Be on-site for member events to engage, connect and be present for members.

● Support Sales and Leadership with Member Retention efforts

Club Reception Oversight and Front of House Support

● Manage Club Reception team scheduling, training, and ongoing education.

● Develop and maintain open, mid, and closing checklists as well as weekly side-work

plans.

● Serve as backup coverage during peak periods.

● Oversee labor management for Club Reception, maintaining costs at or below target.

● Anchor Club Reception handling member and guest check in, reservations, and other

front desk needs and requirements.

Workflow & Infrastructure

● Daily email, text and phone communication with members featuring personalized,

thoughtful responses, general inquiries or reservation assistance.

● Manage all CRM data points including staff notes, member preferences, and

communication with the service team daily to improve our member experience

● Reporting for Club Reception operations, member engagement, and member

communications.

Member Services Concierge Preferred Skills

● Experience: 3 years in a fine dining, luxury hospitality, or private club setting is strongly

preferred.

● Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

● Product Knowledge: Working knowledge of food, wine, and beverage pairings; formal

training or certifications are a plus.

● Professionalism: Commitment to excellence in service, etiquette, and guest

engagement.

● Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in a

high-end, member-driven environment.
