We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Estate Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of a private residence. This position requires a hands-on professional who takes pride in delivering excellence, ensuring the estate and surrounding property are impeccably maintained at all times. The ideal candidate will be proactive, discreet, and comfortable working in a dynamic, high-expectation environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of household maintenance, repairs, and cleaning schedules
  • Manage vendor relationships, including contractors, landscapers, and maintenance teams
  • Supervise property systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, irrigation, pools, and home technology
  • Lead and support household staff, ensuring smooth communication and efficient performance
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure the estate operates with precision and care
  • Coordinate with the homeowner or estate office on schedules, special projects, and seasonal needs
  • Handle and care for family dogs with confidence and compassion

Candidate Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a private home, luxury estate, or similar demanding environment
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage a diverse team
  • Working knowledge of home systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, irrigation, pool maintenance, home automation)
  • Comfortable working around and caring for dogs
  • Discreet, reliable, and highly organized
