We are seeking a dedicated Training Specialist to join the team at a leading fence installation company, serving a diverse clientele across New England. This role offers the opportunity to develop and deliver impactful training programs that enhance employee skills and performance, ensuring our workforce is equipped to maintain the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

Training Specialist Benefits & Compensation

  • Base salary of $60,000K–$80,000K.

Training Specialist Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in curriculum development and training delivery.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, specifically Infor Cloud Suite.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present information clearly.
  • Research skills to identify effective training methodologies.

Training Specialist Preferred Background & Skills

  • Experience in training & development (2 years preferred).
  • Experience in training delivery (2 years preferred).
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (3 years preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of learning technology (1 year preferred).
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Training Specialist Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Design and develop comprehensive training programs tailored to various employee needs.
  • Create and build storyboards for the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Deliver engaging training sessions using effective instructional techniques.
  • Utilize learning technologies to enhance training delivery and effectiveness.
  • Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training.
  • Collaborate with HR to facilitate employee orientation and onboarding processes.
  • Evaluate training outcomes and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
