This part-time, remote-based opportunity is ideal for someone who understands early childhood education and thrives in a warm, sales-forward, family-facing role.
If you love connecting with families, guiding them through program options, and converting interest into enrollments, this role is made for you.
About the Role
As the Early Childhood Admissions Advisor, you will play a key role in nurturing family relationships, managing inquiry pipelines, and ensuring a supportive admissions experience. - Guide families through the full admissions and registration process
- Utilize CRM tools, email automation, and marketing drips to proactively engage prospective families
- Build warm, trusting relationships with parents and caregivers
- Maintain accurate enrollment records and ensure documentation compliance
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and leadership teams to ensure a seamless family experience
- Manage a thoughtful and efficient schedule for families, facilities, and teachers
- Support curriculum delivery to partner schools as needed
- Help achieve enrollment targets, with immediate opportunities to make a measurable impact
Who We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in early childhood education, preschool/daycare operations, admissions, or family-facing ECE roles
- A sales-driven mindset with confidence in outreach and follow-up
- Strong communication skills across email, phone, SMS, and CRM platforms
- Experience with email automation and marketing drip campaigns
- Ability to work effectively within a discerning, high-expectation family community
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple families in various stages
- Warm, approachable communicator with strong relationship-building skills
Why This Role Is Exciting
- Remote flexibility with the option of occasional in-person support
- Opportunity to rebuild and re-grow enrollment after a location transition
- Commission incentives that reward successful admissions
- Meaningful work supporting families during early childhood milestones
- Part-time hours with competitive pay and long-term growth potential
