A top-rated restaurant group in the DMV is looking for Fast Casual Managers to lead one of their flagship bakery/café concepts. These locations are high-volume, fun, and known for outstanding quality and a loyal guest following.

⭐ What You’ll Do
- Lead daily front-of-house operations in a busy bakery café environment
- Deliver warm, energetic, unforgettable hospitality every shift
- Coach, train, and support a team of retail associates
- Create and maintain strong guest relationships
- Drive sales initiatives and maintain operational standards
- Be hands-on, visible, and highly team focused
