We are seeking a passionate and experienced Executive Chef to lead all culinary operations within our upscale, high-volume restaurant. As part of a respected and growing hospitality group, this is an opportunity for a creative and disciplined culinary leader to showcase their expertise while mentoring a talented kitchen team.
The ideal candidate will combine strong operational management with a love for culinary innovation, ensuring every dish meets the highest standards of quality, presentation, and consistency. Executive Chef Requirements/Responsibilities:
- 3–5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager in upscale, full-service dining
- Lead all Back-of-House (BOH) operations, ensuring quality, safety, and consistency across all menu items
- Recruit, train, and develop kitchen staff, building a high-performing and motivated culinary team
- Manage kitchen labor, food costs, and inventory to achieve profitability targets
- Collaborate closely with the General Manager and FOH leadership to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
- Oversee menu execution, presentation, and adherence to brand recipes and standards
- Uphold health, safety, and sanitation compliance; train team members on proper food handling and allergen protocols
- Analyze BOH financial performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and maintain accurate P&L reporting
- Demonstrate strong leadership presence, fostering communication and alignment across all departments
- Culinary degree preferred; ServSafe certification required or ability to obtain upon hire
