High-volume waterfront restaurant seeks an energetic, polished Assistant General Manager to join our leadership team. This role supports the General Manager in daily operations, team development, and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Assistant General Manager Benefits and Compensation

Assistant General Manager Requirements and Qualifications

2–3+ years in similar full service leadership role
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
Proficient in labor management, scheduling, and restaurant financials
Calm under pressure with excellent problem-solving abilities

Assistant General Manager Preferred Background and Skills

Experience in coastal, seafood, or waterfront dining
Event or large-party service coordination experience
Proven success in guest engagement and operational improvements
