A District Manager opportunity with an acclaimed and growing concept in the DMV. We are looking for a charismatic leader who's operationally savvy and detail oriented and has the ability to deliver strong financial results through total team alignment.
District Manager Requirements;
– 3+ Years of District Manager experience in either the fast casual or casual dining space.
– Must be well versed in putting systems and processes in place
– You need to be an outstanding Coach who gets people to believe and draw out their best versions.
– New Restaurant Opening experience and being bi-lingual in Spanish are highly desirable traits.
District Manager Benefits:
– Competitive Salary of $95 to $105K based on experience.
