A highly regarded fine dining restaurant is seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead front-of-house operations, drive guest satisfaction, and oversee the daily execution of service at the highest standard. This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned hospitality professional with a passion for excellence and a proven ability to lead and inspire teams.

General Manager Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across all front-of-house departments.
Ensure a superior guest experience with a proactive, hospitality-driven approach.
Manage operational budgets, labor, inventory, and cost controls to meet financial goals.
Oversee service execution and uphold excellence in all aspects of the dining experience.
Collaborate with internal teams on menu, wine, and beverage offerings.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.
Cultivate a professional, respectful, and team-oriented workplace culture.

General Manager Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in a General Manager or comparable leadership role within fine dining.
Demonstrated success in team leadership, service execution, and operational oversight.
Strong financial and business management skills.
Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
Deep commitment to hospitality and delivering a best-in-class guest experience.
