Sous Chef

Sous Chef Benefits & Compensation
- Competitive salary of $73,000- $77,000

Sous Chef Requirements & Qualifications
- Culinary degree preferred, but not required –
- Minimum 3-4 years in a similar upscale or scratch kitchen role with an understanding of Italian cooking
- Proven experience in upscale or upscale casual dining. A passion for scratch cooking and delivering unforgettable dining experiences.
- Bilingual in Spanish, preferred
Sous Chef Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Oversee and inspire daily food preparation, ensuring every dish meets our high standards of flavor and presentation.
- Showcase your culinary skills while leading a collaborative, energetic kitchen crew.
- Maintain the highest quality in ingredients, preparation, and plating for every guest experience.
- Foster a positive, team-first culture that keeps morale high and service seamless.
