Director of Construction & Development – Arlington, VA
Join a growing quick-service restaurant (QSR) brand as the Director of Construction. This pivotal role combines leadership and operational expertise to drive the brand's expansion, ensuring all construction projects align with company goals, timelines, and budgets. You will report directly to the executive leadership team and play a crucial role in shaping the future of the brand's physical footprint.
Director of Construction Benefits & Compensation

Director of Construction Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management, preferably in the restaurant sector.
- Proven track record of managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of local, state, and federal regulations related to construction.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Must be tech savvy and have the ability to utilize specific software.
Director of Construction Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience with scaled growth companies in the restaurant space.
- Familiarity with project management platforms and tools.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Sr Manager of Construction Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Develop and implement construction and development strategies to support brand growth.
- Lead all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand standards.
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, contractors, and engineers for successful project delivery.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of construction professionals.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and implement safety protocols across construction sites.
- Provide regular updates to executive leadership on project progress and challenges.
