We’re hiring a Contracts and Operations Specialist on behalf of a fast-growing, multi-market media and publishing organization headquartered in Tempe, AZ. This role will play a vital part in ensuring smooth business operations through precise contract management, process coordination, and exceptional client support. You’ll join a collaborative, high-performing team during an exciting phase of growth and expansion.

Contracts and Operations Specialist Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of administrative, operations, or contract management experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills in deadline-driven environments
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with speed and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Positive, dependable, and proactive work ethic
  • Committed to long-term employment and professional growth

Contracts and Operations Specialist Must-Haves:

  • Process and verify contracts for accuracy, payment, and documentation
  • Manage communication between sales, finance, and operations teams
  • Support legal and public notice publishing requirements, including affidavits and proofing
  • Provide responsive and professional customer service by phone and email
  • Maintain organized digital records and ensure daily task completion
  • Identify and help implement process improvements and efficiencies
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while meeting frequent deadlines

Candidates must be located in the Tempe, AZ area and able to commute daily to the corporate office.

This is a full-time, on-site position (Monday–Friday) — remote work is not available.
