A leading distributor of industrial, specialty, and medical gases, as well as welding and industrial equipment, is seeking an outgoing, energetic, and dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join their team in Springdale, AR. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service and sales support, both in person and over the phone, while ensuring the store location is well-stocked and customers’ needs are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective internal and telephone customer sales and service
  • Assist customers in identifying product needs and proper product application
  • Ensure the store is adequately stocked with required product lines
  • Resolve customer concerns, including returns, credit issues, and product problems, in a rational and timely manner
  • Exhibit a willingness to serve customers professionally and efficiently
  • Work in varied weather conditions and business locations as needed
  • Lift and transport products or materials weighing up to 100 pounds as required

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to identify and recommend the right products for customer applications
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs
  • Problem-solving skills for handling customer returns, credits, and related issues
  • Ability to work in varied weather conditions and business settings
  • Physically able to lift or transport up to 100 pounds as needed
  • Prior experience in industrial sales, welding supply, or similar environment is a plus
